Excellent culture, laid-back, and very friendly.

Cons

Benefits are competitive but a bonus aspect would be desirable since the company no longer offers ESPP benefits after going private.

Location is in the middle of no where. Lexington has nothing thereX the traffic in and out of there is pretty bad.
