      Pros

      Dynamic, great culture. Always something going on, challenging but exciting projects to contribute to in a rising Healthcare IT company.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it seems a little slow here. Although some of the projects require a lot of attention, there seems to be a lagging response rate, and things do not always get done on time.

      Pros

      Great benefits, excellent compensation, and a fast moving agile company. We were able to iterate with ideas and products pretty quickly. Whatever resources that we needed were readily available.

      Cons

      For a smaller company, sometimes it feels a bit bloated with too much management and process.

      Very deceitful people. Certain employees will sabotage your career and enjoy doing it, while management is oblivious.
