Pros

The company is in a growing market segment - healthcare IT - and they are the dominant player in the single-sign-on market for the healthcare sector. So, good cash cow business. The work environment, especially at the new headquarters, is really nice, where the team spared no expense in building out the space. Very nice - on par with offices you'd see in Silicon Valley. Senior mgmt is very dedicated to growing the business and looking for new ideas to add new products to their offering. Compensation plans are robust (in salary only) Excellent benefits, including unlimited vacation time (take what you need)

Cons

Having trouble getting past being a 1-trick pony. Cap table is way too crowded, so it makes it tough to offer employees additional shares or stock options. Thus, keeping talented people (or attracting new ones) is a challenge.

Pros

-Great product. -Great people. -Ability to lead and think outside the box. -Large customer base. -Strong sales channels. -Good industry reputation.

Cons

Nothing major, just biting off more than they can chew sometimes. And unclear priorities. The product is very strong, but suffers like all young products with bugs.

Pros

If you are in engineering, you are exposed to all possible technologies out there..Server side/client sideC++/Java/Python/Oracle/noSQL/iOS/Android/Restful/embedded/machine learning/biometrics/vision/speech...you name it. On par with opportunities people get in Google/Amazon/Microsoft..You are encouraged to invent. The managers give a lot of leeway to the individual contributors, and reward creativity. The engineering colleagues are on the top of their specialized areas. The IT staff never says NO to any computing resources you need. The executive stuff know how to run the best workplace in the Boston area..

Cons

Cannot think of one. Possibly been going through the best of the times, so cannot find one negative.
