      * Very poor product execution (but improving) * Maligned Corporate Vision and Goals * Poor internal communication & collaboration across departments * Constant change in focus & departmental leadership * Issues with Management dishonesty * High Turnover in some departments * Inconsistencies in customer satisfaction

      Pros

      Food and more food. People, some not all. Autonomy at times.

      Cons

      No shared vision or direction. If you plan your course and someone dislikes you, you will vanish, just like that. If your eyes are blue, you get a golden handshake. Marketing shambolic and NO leadership. Support and Eng are good. No promotion unless you are NO threat i.e. admin. People come and go. High attrition.
