Great First Job, Potentially Limited Growth Opportunities
Pros
-Great work/life balance -Amazing PTO and compensation package -Many opportunities to get your feet wet on real projects -Leadership will make every effort to keep all employees on board. There is very low turnover because of this -The company events including holiday party, picnic, and BBQ at the CEO's house are all alot of fun!
Cons
-There are very few middle managers, which means growth opportunities are quite limited. The culture varies wildly depending on the office location (Fairfax, Columbia, Syracuse, etc). -Outdated technology. The higher-ups have a very specific approach of completing projects, and no other methodologies will be applied. Don't expect to be using AGILE at this company (pro or con depending on how you look at it).
