In n out provided me with a good salary for someone with no experience in the restaurant industry. It was a very fast paced environment which helped me with my customer service skills. I also learned how to multi task here.

Cons

The work environment is extremely stressful and hectic. You are constantly on your feet and sometimes it can be overwhelming and get the best of you.
