Pros
In-N-Out is a great place to work if you're in high school or in college. The starting pay is very high with respect to its competitors. Associates get free meals, paid vacations, great benefits, great 401k profit sharing, and great flexibility in regards to work hours.
Cons
In-N-Out is expanding very rapidly. With increased expansion, the company is losing sight of what their core values are. Friendliness, cleanliness, and freshness. Managers are getting promoted to fast, and with this comes new found abuse of power. Associates work extremely hard so that managers can get their "numbers". Managers have lost sight of morality and ethics. The workplace is very fast paced and with this comes competition to move up in the ranks. We are all human beings. As humans, we favor other people that would benefit us. Favoritism is an ugly form to get raises.
