Pros

Excellent store, management changes around every year or so, but scheduling was very flexible while I was in school. Also pays very very well.

Cons

Gets busy during the weekends. Will have to work hard to meet store needs.

Pros

- higher than average pay for fast food workers - flexible scheduling - free meal per shift - ability to get promoted and move up. however, this is tricky because managers aren't exactly incentivized to take the time to train you on the next level if you're great at the lower level. they want to keep you in that position because it helps their shift run smoother.

Cons

- creepy managers (older men preying on 18 year olds) - negative work environment depending on managers - managers move around a lot, which has the potential to be a pro if you're stuck with a bad one for a while - extremely difficult to get full time work - can't have an "unnatural" hair color - no tattoos allowed
