Pros

Good pay for fast food.

Cons

They pretend to be a Christian company but at the end of the day they are more concerned about money. Half the women in my store were sexually harassed by the manager and they decided to just move the manager to a different store and then they told me (I was a minor) to not tell my parents. This was not the first time the manager had been caught.

Pros

Pros... Ummmm. The only pros are the benefits. The 401k and benefits for the part time associates are amazing, really they are.

Cons

I think I really laugh when everyone says they pay is great. $10.00-12.00 working in 100 degree heat slaving away all day is not great pay. The starting wage for fast food is better than most, sure, but you can't live off of $12 an hour unless you're a HS or college student living with family or working full time. Not working 20 hours per week. Not in Cali. The favoritism between management is ridiculous. It's starting to get amusing and after awhile the pieces of the puzzle all start coming together. You realize who is sleeping with you to get to the position they're at and that's the way it goes.

Great pay - Strict on uniform and high on standards

Pros

Great starting pay and they let you ramp up quickly. With each new "skill" you master comes a pay raise (i.e. fry cook, grill)

Cons

Very strict on uniform and appearance. Had to come in early to change into uniform but didn't get paid for that extr time. They have lockers but most of them were broken and you need to provide your own lock (if the latch wasn't broken) Never had enough uniforms in your size available. Visible tattoos, piercings not allowed not is "unnatural" hair color or makeup.
