Pros

IQT has incredible people, a great mission, and works at the cutting edge of technology. It spans a challenging set of cultures across the government, startups, and venture ecosystems, but the result of that is a very unique perspective.

Cons

The work comes fast and there are a million things to do. It's fun in that you can often chart your own course, but it also comes with the feeling that you neglecting something...

Smart, kind, fun colleagues. Amazing mission. Wonderful opportunities to learn and grow. Supportive leadership. Good work life balance. I couldn't imagine a better place to be at for this point in my career.
