Interesting mix of tech, VC, and intelligence. Perfect networking opportunity, as a stepping stone to your next job.

Cons

Executive leadership is totally disconnected with the worker bees. The culture isn't for everyone. You gotta be a self-starter, i.e. you won't be recognized for just doing your job well.
