You will get good salary as a fresher as compared to other companies in jaipur.
Cons
They don't give appraisal timely. If you come in June then they will put you on 6 months of training, that time u will receive half of the package. Nd in upcoming april month they will deny to give u appraisal. So in NXT April you will get it. Plus except work, there is mostly time wasting things happen like school things. They will give you books nd will take weekly meeting to brain wash. If you are confident enough,then they will cut your wings nd mold you accordingly to them.nd if you are under confident they will try to take the credits to push you to speak out in front of people. End the end there is no transparency. If you have any problem as a fresher , team is taught that way that you will not get the help anyway. Worst CEO ever. No solution for any problem. Over time work. From 8:30 AM to 11 PM nd sometimes meeting extends to 11:30.
