      * Fun, exciting, challenging product/customer interactions * Multi-cultured: working with both sides of the globe * Opportunity to travel, see new places * Great company culture

      Cons

      * The only cons I see is if you just want a 9-5 and are looking for a paycheck. In Time Tec provides opportunities to improve your whole life. If you aren't interested in granting that kind of access, you might not be a good fit here.

      Pros

      In Time Tec has positively impacted every part of my life. Who I have become through experiencing In Time Tec as a platform has created meaningful change in the lives of those I love. The work is challenging, the possibilities are endless, and you get out of it what you are willing to give to it/others. In Time Tec is out to create more for others and I've experienced that in every way from how we collaborate with partners to how we interact with each other as a team.

      Cons

      In Time Tec isn't for everyone, some may find it's not the best fit for what they want out of a career. Those who thrive show initiative, take responsibility, are a cause in the matter and continually learn their craft and also develop themselves.

      Since day 1, I am on path of continuous learning and growth. It's been an exciting journey for me. What makes In Time Tec best place to work in: 1. You can be whoever you want, just show the skills, zeal to learn and sky is the limit. 2. Great environment, every one is willing to go extra mile to help team and clients. 3. Values are not just written over the walls, those are being practised and taught as well. 4. Time is invested in learning, which is key to keep up the pace with changes in industry.

      Cons

      For those who want to live a leisure life, and there is nothing wrong in it, just take a step and think. 1. Commitment, Integrity and Authenticity are not just the words. We live by these words daily. 2. To learn, time is needed. So be ready to put extra hours to learn and grow.
