      Occasional late afternoon meetings with our colleges in India.

      Pros

      Adamant about not doing layoffs due to budget cuts, good job security. They take a stand for you and invest in your success. You have a say in your career path.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive. In office full time, not open to remote of hybrid work model. Can be a bit too personal for me. Not a fan of bi weekly 1:1's

      Yes, we are absolutely committed to no layoffs for employees. To be able to do that we must control our salary bands while remaining competitive in the market. We appreciate your honesty and well-rounded assessment.
