We appreciate your honest feedback and you taking the time to share it with us. We know there is always an opportunity to get better and feedback is the first step in that. With therapy services being dependent on client schedules lining up with therapist availability we’re always trying to find new ways to make sure our clinicians are able to receive consistent hours as often as possible. We’ve even implemented hour guarantee programs in many situations and will continue to find ways to make sure our therapists are taken care of despite changes in client schedules. We also have improved our benefits packages over the years to find the right balance of cost and coverage for our employees, and will continue to do so. We know that both of these areas can get better and will continue to work to do so.

We’re happy to hear that you felt your fellow clinical staff was amazing, our pay rates are fair, and our Learning Center was a great place to provide therapy. We’re disappointed to hear that you had frustrating experiences with the HR and Operations staff, including not feeling comfortable expressing frustrations or concerns.
