Pros

Pizza every other Friday, some excellent RBTs I was very sad to leave!

Cons

Poor management. The culture is that everyone gets a say so nothing ever gets done. Management says one thing and then Kiel comes in and changes everything how he wants. Calendars have to account for every single minute you work and must add up to 40 hours by the end of the week or you have to meet with management even if you hit your weekly billable goals. BCBAs are responsible for almost every part of the clients life cycle, including cancellations and schedules. You work non stop as parents are always reaching out about administrative things. Very disorganized and a lot of BCBA job requirements that are unnecessary and take time away from the actual client. Also, can also bill 10% of the actual hours Medicaid clients are receiving so good luck hitting your bonus!
