Pros

Welcoming and supportive team and management, free food Fridays, and plenty of training.

Cons

No full time, the most hours you can get is 30 hours a week. To be guaranteed 30 hours means you'll get a $2 pay cut.

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about my experience.

Cons

5 years of experience and an MS degree were only offered at $19 an hour and the cap is $22 an hour. Required to come in 20 min early every day unpaid to clean (this is 10 hours of unpaid work a month). Required to make lesson plans for LRP again without pay. Worked 4 hour sessions daily with one client is a recipe for burnout. Working through lunch unable to drink or eat properly, almost passed out from dehydration one day.
