Pros

The families you work with, a good commute if you live in MA, and an in-person office/clinic near Boston.

Cons

promised 25 hours or more of clients in NH. Was not given full-time hours, compensation for driving, or clients within 30 miles. consistently asked to cover when ABA therapists called out. Cancellations are frequent and unpaid, days are 4-6 hours long with one client - not optimal for the child.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! As you know, along with ABA comes unexpected cancelations. We try our best to make up your canceled hours with other therapist's cancelations. This industry does not always come with a set schedule. We are sorry that you felt like you were not aware of the unpredictability of ABA. We would love to hear more about your experience & what we could do better. Please feel free to reach out with any comments at www.inbloomaustism.com/feedback

It’s unfortunate the number of former employees negatively impacted in this Organization. Someday there maybe a Netflix documentary called “ untold Inbloom”

Corporate Let Down

Pros

Local Leadership really strives for greatness for their clients and families. Amazing client families Being able to make a difference on a day to day basis. Competitive pay rates for the market and willingness adapt to cost of living.

Cons

Support from corporate offices (CSC) is abysmal due to constant turnover or switches. Lack of and poor communication between C level and Senior Clinical and Ops teams. Left hand barely knows what's going on with the right. Corporate lets issues fester and prolongs necessary disciplinary action due to unwillingness to separate from clinical staff for caseload/monetary reasons. This has led to multiple lawsuits. Lack of company wide training and development. Outdated handbooks, manuals, policies/procedures. Massive turnover in critical support positions and overall inability to keep BCBA staff. Poor Work/Life balance
