The new OM is amazing! Danielle has made me feel beyond welcome. She understands that we all have a life problems & BILLS outside of work and she try’s to help in any way she can ;weather it’s finding coverage for you or getting you more hours . We all know hours in aba can be a little uncertain, especially when it comes to client call outs. The work place environment is very fun and respectful

I don’t have any cons. We just need more awesome kiddos so therapist can have more hours .☺️

First of all The NWPwy location is San Antonio is jumping it’s the place to be the kids are happy and it’s definitely a family/team vibe thanks to our new OM DANIELLE KlEINT!!!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾She has been on fire from day 1. With helping around the center being accommodating to the families and staff. She makes me wanna be a full time employee in this thang. She’s very professional,relatable, and reliable and if she don’t have the answer on hand she’s quick to figure it out and get back to us. Any RBT out there that don’t work here is sleep it’s not just a job here it’s a community of good hearted people that love to serve and pour into the precious lives of our clients and we stand by that whole heartedly. 🤍🤍🤞🏾

Cons

The ones that get it….get it…..and the ones that don’t….don’t ….. and maybe they don’t get it Bc they don’t work at this location PERIOD!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
