Pros
I really enjoyed my team, co-workers, and the culture within our department. I also liked how they take a chance on you even if you don't have a background in account management/sales. Fast paced, learning opportunities, etc.
Cons
No room for growth, while there are higher positions open, they often (basically always unless you are a director or above) higher from the outside.
