      None at all. Stay away!

      Cons

      Environment is toxic. Leadership work expectations are 24/7. Leadership decisions are irrational and will change with the wind. Forget about trying to follow the pivoting decisions. Will be gaslit if you speak your opinion on projects or strategy. Will be put down for taking PTO. Issues raised with HR are ignored. They will make you cry

      ok to work for. Just depends on who your boss is and the type of management style. High turnover rate in IT
