Training in a room full of new hires with no dividers caused a lot of stress. Customers yelling and cursing at you because the card is not accepted do to it's unanimous status. In addition the training lacks effectiveness and you take calls the second week of training, its sink or swim. You're told it's not that difficult sound confident. Uhm ok...
