      It used to be pretty great

      Decent Pay and okay health benefits

      Cons

      They have you work extra hours without any incentives cause you are salary can if making mandatory. Most companies I worked in would pay you extra even if you are salary when doing this.

      Pros

      The people are great and the stress level is low most of the time. Everyone knows what they're doing. There are a lot of team building events that are fun and effective. Location is great, downtown parking.

      Cons

      Not a super fast-paced environment if that's what you're looking for.
