Pros
Great work life balance and room for growth if you are ambitious and hard working. Company continues to grow and expand in the prepaid industry.
Cons
Company grew too fast and many things went undocumented. Currently trying to catch up and document certain things so that if a person leaves a position it does not cause havoc. Also, certain teams are not held accountable and you need to attempt to coral these teams in to accomplish certain daily issues.
