Pros
This WAS a good company, when we had experienced/QUALIFIED management. We have a gym, and bonuses each year (based on performance).
Cons
Sub-par Team Leads and Sudo Management. Cronyism is utilized in most departments which has lead low moral in the co. as a whole, as well as Extremely HIGH TURNOVER.
