Schedule was good co-workers were always friendly. Job was easy talking to customers

Very nit picky about not talking to your co-workers who sit beside you. Management feels they can talk to you any way they feel

Pros

I love the fact that we take in incoming calls, no sales.

Cons

12Hr is not enough for an experienced representative. Poor management, micro management, you can't even turn around in your seat. Management talk about everyone's business. Steal customers money. Shady place to work.
