Pros
people are nice and smart, opportunity to work remote, can commiserate with everyone else about the same topics year over year that show no improvement.
Cons
slow moving, management and executives don't like change, inability to stabilize and accelerate what needs to be done, status quo (yelling, attitudes in meetings) is pervasive. no logic to anything financial related, and people are in promoted roles but are imposters to those roles, so more attitude shows through from imposters. poorest communication i've seen at any company.
