No increment or bonus They expect us to handle projects independently and many big goals every year but no good performance rating or increment or bonus. Job duties are completely different from what I was hired for and they expect you to be an all rounder. Every year around May, they keep firing people. They also started to fire US workers and hire employees from Brazil.
