Convenient building location in atlanta.
Cons
The company is small and technology is lacking. Many processes could be improved where data mining is necessary. Also company will keep any money that you set aside in a FSA account if you don’t spend it. Terrible experience during COVID where I was using a FSA account for parking however since we weren’t going in the office I never used the set aside funds. The company refused to refund my money! Also benefits are terrible as the company only offers 1 week for maternity leave! What mother can possibly return to work a week after giving birth?!?!

Leadership is trying to make it a great place to work - Haven't heard of any layoffs - Monthly Free Cupcakes - Free Parking downtown or transportation card - Opportunity for growth - Leader in the industry - A lot of free food, contests, volunteer opportunities - It really depends on the department you're in and you will probably know if you like or hate it pretty soon - Some departments have Work from Home opportunities
Cons
- Too many systems that are subpar or aren't integrated with other systems - Lack of a system that points out or assists in saying what certain departments and teams do, or who is responsible for certain tasks. So, it's a search to find who can assist - They are trying to grow and because of that, it's a lot of pressure to get things done, even if its unrealistic.
