And the more renewables are added, the more volatile the energy supply. - Autonomy and empowerment: InCommodities prides itself on bottom-up decision making where everyone can initiate and take responsibility for non-trivial decisions using an advice process. - Extreme transparency and trust. - Flat hierarchy. - Great pay. - Great location: Aarhus is lovely.
