Pros

The company was found in 2009 and like any other startup has taken time to identify its ideal fit in the market. Over the last 2 years, the products and services developed here have disrupted the virtual research and visualization space and it is considered the #1 company in this space. It has gone through three rounds of venture funding and is highly regarded by its investors. The growth opportunities are tremendous and completely dependent on the employee attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. I have worked here for more than a year and found this to be the most productive year of my professional life.

Cons

This is an extremely fast paced, performance oriented environment so it is not ideal for someone who is looking for a stable 9-5 job with a fixed role & responsibility.

Pros

There has been a lot of change at the company over the past few years. Its been a good thing. The team moves fast and is strong and growing. The focus is on bringing new solutions to the market, the client roster is very impressive and the work is always interesting.

Cons

It's a growth company so the career path isn't always linear. Personally, that works for me. If you are good, want to advance and are interested in building something the leaders stretch themselves and the organization to provide new opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Great people who really care about the company.

Cons

No career path, low pay, no performance review, high turnover, execution difficulties on virtually every project. All the downsides of working at a startup without the upsides.
