Pros

Open career opportunities, but only for those that are looking to forge their own path, great benefits, great people who are smart, and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

Vague expectations and little feedback. Below average pay and little incentive to stick around. Very high turnover leaving teams stretched thin and those that are committed working very hard for little to no return.

Pros

The company was found in 2009 and like any other startup has taken time to identify its ideal fit in the market. Over the last 2 years, the products and services developed here have disrupted the virtual research and visualization space and it is considered the #1 company in this space. It has gone through three rounds of venture funding and is highly regarded by its investors. The growth opportunities are tremendous and completely dependent on the employee attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. I have worked here for more than a year and found this to be the most productive year of my professional life.

Cons

This is an extremely fast paced, performance oriented environment so it is not ideal for someone who is looking for a stable 9-5 job with a fixed role & responsibility.
