Huge potential but suffering mediocrity

Pros

- Pure Saas product - Remote working - CEO is a real gentleman

Cons

- Lags in upgrading to latest - Some people leaders exhibit the Micromanagement, they want to know if you are at the desk or in the washroom - No cross team opportunities. So if you are suffering in one team, you don’t have any chance of getting out of it.May be they will fire you in the name of cost cutting - Every blame comes to the delivery team as if the top management are demy gods. - When people come and say we are struggling, they start blaming them that you’re inefficient

Pros

Full time remote work for most. Exceptional work / life balance. Great pay. No micromanagement.

Cons

Not a con in my mind, but remember this is a global company with global customers. You will probably work outside the 8-5 hours, but you're given flexibility to balance your workday.

Pros

The ability to work from home.

Cons

The culture was very cliquey with quite a few micromanagers and leaned very boys club. There was a lack of vision and execution. Business units were scaled up rapidly without the workload to necessitate the staff, then mass layoffs to compensate. Lack of clarity or direction coming from leadership.
