Cons

InEight is, for all intents and purposes, a start-up. As such there have been growing pains as we moved from product building to go to market. InEight is growing its client base at a steady pace.

The company is both stable and dynamic. You will be challenged in a positive way. No finger pointing, we support each other. Come here if you seek ownership, innovation, flexibility, and a team you will grow to love.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is heavy and sense of responsibility too large to fully take advantage of the flexibility the company affords us.
