Relaxing work environment -- lots of overwork on the other hand

Cons

No career development -- you are assigned to more and more work but don't get paid for that. Your abilities are wasted there because they only promote people who listen to them.

So much work is expected of you for the bare minimum they could possibly pay you. They really need to start paying more competitive salaries for the hard work and long hours that are required of its employees during the application season. Pay is especially egregious when you consider that its FAOs/GCs come from extremely educated backgrounds.
