-super helpful team that is willing to help you any second of the day -some of the connections you make with some students are really amazing -plenty of resources to help you out -flexibility

Cons

-horrible pay and no room for negotiation or improvement. they will underpay you and try to squeeze as much work out of you as possible for as little money as possible. -resources could be better organized

Pros

Working with the students (you can honestly find your own clients and mentor them on your own. This way, you'll make way more money and it will actually be worth your time).

Cons

No real structure, very confusing to navigate the internal system due to the oversaturation of resources/materials/guides. The company expects a lot of work out of you in exchange for abysmal pay. Very concerning that none of the higher-ups seem to acknowledge or be understanding regarding the unfairness of the pay. Would suggest that anyone who is in the onboarding process read the contract very very carefully.
