InGenius Prep's counseling services have education at their heart. Students gain application, editing, and interview skills that they're going to be able to use to succeed at getting into college, doing well in college, and applying for jobs. Everyone who works with InGenius Prep is compassionate and meets students at their level. The right schools for each student are chosen with care to make sure the student maximizes his or her chances of admission.

Cons

The success of InGenius Prep is due to the superhuman efforts of its team. This means long hours, which are very dependent on the needs to students and parents.

It is the best application counseling firm I've ever seen, with very talented and professional employees. The way that the company runs is different than others, and the service the company provides are just the things needed in the market.

Cons

The workload is not easy to deal with, perhaps due to limited manpower currently.

These are some of the smartest, most passionate, and hardest working people I have every met. Everyone is extremely supportive and the environment is very collaborative. The leadership team puts a lot of trust and expectation on every single member - each person is really valued. It is also a workplace that is dedicated to the mission of helping others. That is the ultimate goal that drives each and every one of the employees that work here, and it is a great culture to be a part of!

Cons

There's always something more to be done, so the amount of work follows that. But it's an exciting problem to have - you need to love solving problems to work here!
