Pros

Great work culture, supportive and always giving more training. I feel valued.

Cons

Some times odd hours due to student needs; the workload is very high compared to the compensation. They are working on improvements but any expertise brought from prior professions is not compensated in the salary. In terms of compensation, this is a very early career position; in terms of providing quality service to customers, more experience is preferred but compensation/workload is not determed by experience.

Everyone I’ve met is polite and respectful, which creates a truly welcoming and supportive atmosphere. 2, Cutting-Edge Tools: I love that the company stays ahead of the curve by utilizing and supporting advanced technology to boost both our efficiency and the quality of our work. 3, Well-Structured Training: The onboarding content is super rich and organized. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making the transition smooth for new hires. 4,Diverse Teams: I really enjoy working with people from so many different professional and cultural backgrounds.

With a team working across different time zones, being open to a flexible schedule is key to collaborating effectively with colleagues around the world
