- lopsided overtime throughout the year, but that's common in the industry - a subtle expectation that you should be available at all hours/days - remote nature makes training less effective

Students gain application, editing, and interview skills that they're going to be able to use to succeed at getting into college, doing well in college, and applying for jobs. Everyone who works with InGenius Prep is compassionate and meets students at their level. The right schools for each student are chosen with care to make sure the student maximizes his or her chances of admission.

Cons

The success of InGenius Prep is due to the superhuman efforts of its team. This means long hours, which are very dependent on the needs to students and parents.
