Pros

The company is growing rapidly and having an increasing market share in the high end education consulting industry in China. More than half of the new clients every year come from referrals of past clients. The service delivered is outstanding.

Cons

People at InGenius Prep work really hard and it's very intense sometimes. Usually during June to October since that's when most of the marketing activities take place.

Pros

Everyone here is super talented, hardworking, and easy going. I felt a part of the team from day one, which is incredible considering InGenius has offices in three locations and hundreds of counselors across the globe! The leadership team goes out of its way to make sure everyone knows s/he is a valuable addition to the company, no one is taken for granted, very rare in a fast-growing startup. I also love that everyone believes in the mission of the company, to provide excellent service to students around the world. I get to use my skills to work with counselors, students, and parents everyday. Can't think of anything more rewarding!

Cons

The company culture is definitely work hard play hard. And when it's crunch time, the work is intense. But the upside is that everyone is in it together, and there's always room for relaxation afterwards.

Pros

Very past-paced work environment, so there are always new things to learn. You are able to accomplish more and more everyday. It feels great being in a place where you can see your growth and make tangible achievements to the team on a daily basis. Everyone in the team is highly intelligent and diligent, and we all work hard towards the same goal.

Cons

Initially the workload might seem a bit overwhelming, but after a couple of weeks you would start to appreciate this new work style.
