Leadership is accessible and thoughtful, and there is a clear emphasis on doing high-quality work rather than simply moving fast. I appreciated the level of trust given to employees and the autonomy to own projects end to end. The company attracts smart, motivated people, which makes day-to-day work both challenging and rewarding.
Cons
As with any fast-growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, and there are times when workloads spike. That said, expectations are generally communicated clearly, and managers are receptive to feedback when capacity becomes an issue.
