InGenius Prep offers employees amazing opportunities to challenge themselves and develop professionally. Hard work and talent are routinely rewarded, and leadership takes every employee's suggestions and concerns seriously. Very interesting and dynamic workplace, lots of opportunities for travel, and awesome coworkers.

Cons

International offices across several time zones require occasional early morning / evening meetings and calls.

There is none. The company relies on exploiting recent graduates of top schools and paying the graduate coaches only about 5% of what they charge.

Cons

Parents, you are better off just going to a school of your choice and putting up a sign - looking for advice and help to get into college - hire the first person that comes to you. Honestly though, this company was terrible to work for. They pay their workers about 25 dollars an hour and expect you to work like you get paid 250 dollars an hour.
