Pros

Most co-workers are super helpful and nice people. Work time is relatively flexible.

Cons

They are trying their best to suck every drop of your blood by providing terrible salaries and compensation. Also, don't expect to get a promotion or salary raise without asking it multiple times.

- Flexible working hours and location - Good pay - Easy communication with most teams

Cons

- There is very minimal supervision with what you do with your students so if you are really not sure what you are doing it might not be the place to work - The new pay policy seems to be paying me less than before
