Pros

; All clients are international and working on latest tools and technologies. Nice work, nice approach (agile etc). I am learning a lot. Some are challenging and demanding (some of sprints are demanding) but equally good experience. Also, Company treating us like part of it: recently announced ESOP is exciting. Hope I can make few lakhs extra!!

Cons

Working from home is not ok, for all the days. few days ok. Good to be with team and seniors as learning is faster. Also, hopefully COVID related travel issues would go soon.....

->Good ground level managing ->No Politics -> never felt as start-up company. its completely matured with high-level senior experts and pro-decision making managers -> Easy access to talk to CEO as well when you have good idea to share --> Awesome colleagues --> Best pay in market --> last but not least they deal only with cutting edge technologies
