Pros

Very good clients. Many new opportunities being discussed. Good projects from USA and Europe. Nice experience: both technology stack and execution and project communications. International clients bringing good culture. good support from mid management.

Cons

Not experienced much issues so far. Sometime not sure how to solve if any glitches comes up. Working in office was better that way, but traveling in Bangalore traffic is horrible. I love work from home.

Pros

; All clients are international and working on latest tools and technologies. Nice work, nice approach (agile etc). I am learning a lot. Some are challenging and demanding (some of sprints are demanding) but equally good experience. Also, Company treating us like part of it: recently announced ESOP is exciting. Hope I can make few lakhs extra!!

Cons

Working from home is not ok, for all the days. few days ok. Good to be with team and seniors as learning is faster. Also, hopefully COVID related travel issues would go soon.....
