      Love the culture and teams I work with. Everyone is so helpful and nice. If I don't know the answer, someone will always help me.

      The company is growing so fast its a little scary and exciting at same time.

      Management is lacking.

      Pros

      - Lots of great electricians and knowledge in the field. - Opportunities to travel to new locations for work.

      Cons

      - Some of the worst project management I've ever dealt with. Constantly lacking materials or missing deadlines. - Not strict on license requirements (several "electricians" who have no licensure) - There seems to be a large divide between the field and offices, with each side disliking the other. - Prevailing wage practices are sketchy and seem to be aimed at underpaying you.
