You’re right that we do offer an unlimited PTO policy and it’s there to help ensure a work / life balance for our employees. In fact, during the recent stressful times of the pandemic, we’ve even added six paid holidays (InStrider Wellness Days) to the calendar to give employees extra three-day weekends and an opportunity to rest and reset. And thank you for your feedback about management expectations.
