Pros

- Customer obsessed - Mission-driven - Cultural diversity - Great compensation & benefit packages

Cons

Layoffs have been happening since 2025, and they are dishonest about it. My manager micromanages, and it's a burden more than a positive resource. Very hard to be promoted even when you have the skills and demonstrate capabilities (avg 2/3 years)

Pros

Wide range of benefits, from 95% employer-covered healthcare to child and elder care, mental health care, and tuition-free education. Interesting and innovative business with goal of providing low-cost education to working adults. Flexible PTO and ability to work mostly remote. Strong emphasis on development and promoting from within.

Cons

Demanding environment with high bar for performance and speed. Could benefit from more diversity in leadership, particularly at VP and C-levels.
