      The less you do(calls, placements, ect) the more the company pays you! Favoritism in this company is so obvious!!! They have hired MULTIPLE felons for their internal staff.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture. No formal HR, so they operate upon whatever basis they feel like. Workers being yelled at in the office, micromanaged, dissuaded from advocating for themselves. Management have unprofessional relationships with each other, which has a direct affect on office culture.
