Management has an open-door policy and is always willing to assist. The company has a great culture. Everyone is always willing to help each other. There were a few negative people who are starting to trickle out. Thank goodness because these people will never be happy and are bringing the team down.

The negative reviews are hilarious and obviously coming from negative people and have zero substance. Is there a lot of work? Yes...it's called work. Those complaining about salary differences, didn't you negotiate your salary? Someone may not have software experience but may have industry knowledge in Behavioral Health/PT or Nursing which is instrumental. The poor dear in one negative review that had to wipe down the table provided outside for them to eat lunch on and had to occasionally take trash out must have been really put out. (eye roll) Management leaving early is just not true if they leave early do you know if they actually had PTO and came in to do something. Is management not allowed to be a human being and take time off? They are here everyday before we get in and mostly when we leave everyday. InSync has a great culture and those leaving these negative reviews, we are glad the toxicity is finally gone so thank you and good luck wherever you go, now we can breathe.
